CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

All items are shipped from the UK and may be subject to local import taxes or custom duties. Style Society provides DHL with all required shipping information upon dispatch, and any additional duties or taxes will be calculated by DHL and payment will be taken at time of delivery.Style Society is not liable for delays in orders because of custom clearance issues at destination.

PROCESSING TIME

All items are shipped via our trusted partner DHL. For UK shipments, we offer a Next Day service (except weekends). Items shipping to anywhere else in the world will arrive within 7-10 workings days, subject to any required customs clearance, see below.*

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item.

Style Society makes every effort to maintain product listings and sourcing requests. In the rare event that we are unable to successfully deliver items due to a mismatch in inventory, Style Society will cancel the order and make a full refund.

Local regulations may also prohibit import of items made with exotic materials.

REFUNDS

All request items that have been sourced specifically for you through our personal shopping team, cannot be refunded or exchanged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Items marketed on our website are sold through our platform for individual private sellers. This means that like many other luxury resale platforms, all sales are final, Style Society cannot accept any returns, refunds or exchanges for items bought in this way. 

All sales through our platform are consumer to consumer and this returns policy is in line with the current statutory framework.

Items are priced in accordance with their condition and meticulous care is taken to check each item before it is shipped to the buyer. As such, please do read the product description and all photographs of the item before proceeding to purchase. We guarantee the authenticity of any item bought with Style Society.
